Overview:
Located in Irvine, CA, the 9 Pasteur project involved a comprehensive exterior refresh designed to revitalize the property. We began by pressure washing all surfaces to ensure proper adhesion, protecting surrounding unpainted areas throughout the process. Cracks larger than 1/16" were patched, sanded, and spot-primed before applying two finish coats of the specified colors and products. Bright color areas received an additional coat for optimal coverage and vibrancy.
