Overview:
At the Central Plant located at 18350 Von Karman Avenue, we completed a full refresh of both interior and exterior surfaces to enhance the facility’s functionality and appearance. Our scope included extensive prep work, spot priming, specialty floor coatings, and repainting of structural and mechanical elements. Every surface was carefully matched to existing finishes, contributing to a clean, cohesive look that restored the plant’s professional image.

Exterior & Structural Work:
Prepped, spot primed, and painted metal louvers at the plant entrance
Painted exterior tilt-up concrete façade (scrape, spot prime, and paint)
Stripped, primed, and repainted (3) sections of failing concrete
Painted pipe supports, green piping, and condenser units to match existing
Repainted canopy tops, yard walls, roof screens, and guardrails
Interior Work:
Spot painted fire pump room walls
Repainted (16) hollow metal doors and frames
Painted modified piping and motors in the equipment room
Painted electrical service panels to match adjacent finishes
Repainted concrete walls at the plant room entrance
Specialty Floor Coatings:
Mechanically cleaned and recoated existing epoxy flooring areas
Applied yellow visibility striping on floors for improved safety
Outcome:
